Built for impersonation-scam defense

Caller ID can be spoofed.
A familiar voice can be cloned.

Give your family another way to check.

Human Authenticator gives families a separate live phrase from two phones that were paired in person. When someone calls claiming to be your child, parent, or another trusted person, do not rely on the number or voice alone.

The app does not read caller ID, answer or monitor calls, record or analyze audio, identify a speaker, or determine whether a request is truthful.

When familiar signals are not enough

Scammers can imitate what families normally trust.

A familiar name on the screen and a familiar voice on the line are no longer strong evidence by themselves. Human Authenticator adds a separate check that comes from paired phones—not from the phone number or the caller’s voice.

Caller-ID spoofing

“It is my child’s number.”

Phone networks can display a number the caller does not control. A known name or number on screen is not enough to establish who is calling.

Voice cloning

“It sounds exactly like them.”

Short audio samples can be used to imitate a family member’s voice. Urgency and emotion make that imitation harder to question in the moment.

Pressure tactics

“Do not tell anyone. Act now.”

Stop when a caller requests money, gift cards, codes, secrecy, or immediate action. Compare the app’s phrase and verify the situation another way.

Simple by design

Pair once in person. Compare when a call feels wrong.

01

Pair face to face

While together, both people scan each other’s fresh five-minute code and compare every word and digit before confirming.

02

Pause the pressure

If a call, message, or voice note feels urgent or unusual, stop. Open the paired contact in Human Authenticator on both phones.

03

Compare the full phrase

Read and compare the live four-word phrase exactly. The phrase rotates, so both people should compare it at the same time.

04

No match? Do not act.

If the phrase differs—or the caller refuses to compare—end the interaction and reach the person through another trusted channel.

Private by default

Designed to add a signal, not collect your life.

Local-first records. Profiles, paired contacts, trust state, and replay-prevention records are stored locally on participating phones.

Native secure storage. On iOS and Android, the private device key is kept in operating-system secure storage and used in memory when deriving comparison values.

No behavioral tracking. The production app includes no advertising, analytics, cloud database, or crash-reporting integration.

Intentional QR sharing. A shown QR shares your name, optional display phone number, public key, and short-lived session data with the scanning phone.

Use the signal carefully

A second check—not a verdict.

A matching phrase does not authenticate a caller, message, image, account, or claim. Never use it as the sole control for emergencies, financial approvals, legal proof, medical decisions, or other high-stakes situations.
